Christian worked as a strategy consultant for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and built a powerhouse career in corporate law before turning to the frontier of AI innovation.
As Managing Partner at PwC Legal, he scaled Austria’s largest Big 4 law firm, leading its corporate, M&A, and AI practices. His tenure as Global Legal Tech Leader at PwC marked a turning point, where he pioneered technology-driven legal solutions.
Today, Christian’s expertise extends far beyond traditional law, focusing on AI as a structural catalyst. He guides organizations to harness its transformative potential, blending domain knowledge with a nuanced understanding of culture and human systems to forge lasting, adaptive advantages.
Dr. Alexander Fruehmann, LL.M., EMC - Co-Founder & Partner
Alexander specializes in the interplay between individual and systemic change, working closely with executive boards and leadership teams to navigate strategic complexity and the system psychodynamics of transformation.
He began his leadership career as a consultant at a Big Four firm, became a law firm partner, later served as General Counsel for Europe, Russia, and the CIS at Red Bull, and ultimately founded The Legal Minds Group (TLMG) – a consultancy focused on culture strategies and organizational evolution.
With a background in psychotherapy, law, and business – holding degrees from Yale and INSEAD – he integrates disciplines to pioneer new ideas and frameworks.
Matias Cortes, J.D., LL.M. - Associate Partner
Matias Cortes is a global advisor and one of the preeminent experts on regulatory and government affairs.
Matias serves Singularity.Inc as associate partner bringing a multi-national perspective on the complexity of the AI regulatory landscape. For more than 15 years, he has been consulting organizations worldwide in designing regulatory strategies and dealing with government and public affairs matters.
Matias has worked and lived in Austria, Brazil, Australia and Argentina. Until 2019, he has been Global Head of Regulatory and Government Affairs and Global Policies at Red Bull, and a partner at Foodwit, a regulatory advisory firm. Matias is based in Los Angeles.
